Postcards to Women Voters Vote YES Campaign Supporting VA Redistricting

commentComments

Since July Trump has been pressuring red states to redraw congressional districts mid-decade to create more Republican-leaning seats. In response, California Governor Gavin Newsom proposed redrawing districts to add Democratic seats—but rather than deciding it behind closed doors, California put the measure on the ballot. Voters approved it with 60% support.

Virginia is responding to election rigging with our own Redistricting Constitutional Amendment. Like California, we are choosing transparency and accountability—by letting voters, not politicians, decide. We’re calling this the VoteYES campaign.

We are partnering with our good friends at the National Women’s Political Caucus of Virginia (NWPC-VA) for this effort. NWPC-VA is a pro-choice, multi-partisan, grassroots membership organization dedicated to identifying, recruiting, training and supporting women candidates for elected and appointed office.

Because the timeline is tight—early voting begins March 6 and Election Day is April 21—we have specially designed postcards doing double duty: voter education and voting information. This campaign requires the use of these postcards. Order here! Request expedited shipping

DOWNLOADING ADDRESSES

  • If you have an account with Postcards4VA, you can start downloading addresses now from our 24/7 address distribution portal. Click here.
  • If you don’t have an account, you can register for an account here.

PROFILE OF ADDRESSES – These addresses represent women who voted EARLY and likely for Governor Spanberger in the 2025 General Election. Virginia voters don’t register by party, so we use other methods to determine party affiliation. For this campaign, we are only writing to voters who strongly lean Democratic.

LABELS – Because of the short turnaround time, you can use address labels if that allows you to send more postcards.
