On April 1st Wisconsin is once again holding a tipping point election to preserve a 4-3 pro-democracy majority on its Supreme Court. The new Court will be called upon to protect voting rights + results in the ‘26 midterms, when WI will elect a new Governor + Secretary of State. Those new state officers will, in turn, administer the ‘28 Presidential elections. This court could hear cases on abortion rights, redistricting of Congressional districts + separation of power at the state level.
