In August and September, Base Building and Blue Future piloted an in-person all day Doorknocking Boot Camp training in the most important (Republican-represented) flippable congressional races in the US, including PA-8 (Hazleton), PA-10 (Harrisburg), PA-7 (Allentown), AZ-6 (Tuscon), and CA-40 (Orange).

Following the 2024 election disaster, many funders and other leaders have been asking the question, “We invested more than ever in door knocking the last election, and what did it get us? Should we stop investing in doorknocking as a strategy to win?”

We set out to respond to this question reflecting on our experience on the doors….
