We all know things don’t just happen. Event planners work behind the scenes to ensure that the right slide shows up at the right time, guests are briefed on their roles and what to expect, the most suitable music appears on cue.
EVENT PLANNER and ASSISTANT
Put your organizational talents to good use. Together We Elect hosts primarily virtual events that are designed to recruit, motivate, and assist individuals and groups who share our mission. As a valued member of Together We Elect, you will:
- Coordinate or help to coordinate virtual events that Together and its allies produce
- Work with Together We Elect’s leadership and Communications and Marketing teams
- Look for and recommend good opportunities for events
- Provide a schedule for internal and external participants in the event to ensure smooth execution
- Provide support for logistics during the event and post-event follow up
