Yet this is not the time to step back or look away. Together we can stay engaged, support each other, and continue to fight for the rights of all people. As the singer/songwriter/activist Joan Baez said, “Action is the antidote to despair.” And Swing Left is a national network that offers high impact ways to support Democratic candidates in races that will flip the balance of power, protect our freedoms, and create a more inclusive and equitable government and society for us all.
