Calling will begin about the 1st of October with calls to voters whose ballots were returned because they were undeliverable. These calls will be part of a virtual phone bank for which you will receive training, if needed.

Ballot curing also includes assisting voters in updating their ballots if it was returned without their signature or a mismatched signature. This will enable their vote to be counted.
