1. Download the SwipeBlue App
Download the app from your app store.
2. Enter VOL as the Partner Code
To get to the Volunteer Blue functionality, you will need to enter VOL in the partner code field and then hit submit new code.
3. Match Contacts
- Allow the app to access your contacts. It will not store or save your contacts in any way. It then will match them against the Target Smart national database of registered and unregistered voters.
- For each of your friends that are matched it will identify state, if they are registered and to which party they are registered.
4. Select a Campaign to "Swipe"
From the multiple campaigns available select the campaign you want to share.
5. SWIPE AWAY
You swipe the contact that you want to send a personal text to. ( Just like on a dating app. 🙂 Importantly, that text will go to your friends from your own texting platform or WhatsApp –just as any other text from you to your friends would. It will not come from a third party. Assuming your friends have you in their contacts, the text will be identified as coming from you.
