Prop 50 canvassing in the East Bay

As partisan gerrymandering in states like Texas threatens to undermine democracy, California is stepping up with Proposition 50, the Election Rigging Response Act. It is vital that voters are informed and Swing Left East Bay will be organizing canvasses in the San Francisco East Bay. We will be meeting up in North Oakland and heading out to canvass from there.

Canvassing has been shown time and again to be the most effective way to engage with voters. Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before–we’ll cover everything you need to know. And once you get going, you’ll find that talking to voters is fun and rewarding.
