Finally, we will also be joined by two candidates. Martin Moore is a candidate for the NC Court of Appeals, and in 2022 he was the only Democrat to flip a Republican-held county commission seat. Bryan Cohn is an Oxford City Councillor running to flip House District 32 and break the supermajority. |
